Faulty or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, please notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- We may require photographic evidence to assess the condition of the item.
- If the product is confirmed to be faulty or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect or Misrepresented Products
- If you receive a wrong item or a product that does not match the description (e.g., different size, color, or design than what was advertised), please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- We may request photos of the item in question to verify the issue.
- If the product is confirmed to be incorrect or misrepresented, we will offer an exchange or refund.
No Change of Mind
- Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review the product details before purchasing. For bulk purchases, we recommend buying individual lamps for assessment first before proceeding to a large order.
Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@luminlighting.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting images.
- Return shipping costs may apply in some cases. If the error is on our part (faulty, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges & Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the product has been returned and inspected. The returned product(s) should remain in their original condition, without damages or signs of usage. If returned product(s) fail to satisfy these conditions, Lumin Lighting holds the right to not issue a refund.
- Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected. The exchanged product(s) should remain in their original condition, without damages or signs of usage. If exchanged product(s) fail to satisfy these conditions, Lumin Lighting holds the right to not start an exchange.
